1 (15.5 ounce) can French-style green beans, drained
3 Medium Red Potatoes, cubed and parboiled for about 2 minutes
1 (10.75 ounce) can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/4 Cups French-fried onions, divided
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) package Stove Top stuffing mix
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the green beans, cubed potatoes (parboiled), the Golden Mushroom Soup, cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup if the french fried onions and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish, top with the remaining 1 Cup of the french fried onions. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
While the casserole is baking, prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.
After 30 minutes of baking, remove the casserole and spread the Stove Top stuffing over the top of the casserole.
Return to the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until crunchy!
