Double Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole




NEEDED:

2 Pounds Ground beef, cooked and drained
1 Medium Onion, diced
6 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Cup of Ketchup
1/4 Cup of Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Bisquick
1 Cup of Milk
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Enough Frozen Tater Tots to cover the top

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.

Combine the ketchup, mustard, eggs, milk, Bisquick and 1 Cup of cheese in a bowl.

In another bowl, combine the beef, bacon, and onion.  

Add the Bisquick mixture to the beef mixture and pour into a greased baking dish.

Top with remaining 1/2 Cup of cheese and then Tater Tots.

Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.

I ate mine with extra ketchup on the side!
