Steakhouse Chili




2 pounds chuck roast, cubed small
1 pound bulk Italian sausage
2 (15 ounce) cans chili beans in mild sauce
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans in spicy sauce
2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (16 ounce) jar of medium salsa
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 Cups chicken broth
1/2 cup beer
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon celery seed
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon white sugar

Everything goes into the slow cooker!  Cook on low for about 6 hours or high for about 3.  SO GOOD!!!

Serve with Fritos, Sour cream, shredded cheese, onions, jalapenos, corn bead, baked potatoes or over spaghetti (for all of my Ohio friends)!

If you're having a party, set up a "Chili Bar" and have tons of condiments for people to select!
