Ok, the picture is not that great, but this is the BEST chicken I have made in a LONG time!
I marinated 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a 1/2 good Olive Oil, EIGHT cloves of Garlic (I know) and 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper for a t least 2 hours.
4 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
8 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cracked Black pepper
1/2 Cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
After you're done marinating your chicken, combine the crumbs and cheese in a shallow dish and coat each breasts really well. Place the chicken on a [Pam sprayed] baking sheet and bake, uncovered for about 30 minutes or until it's no longer pink and the juices run clear.
SO GOOD!!! I wish I would've made more!
