Needed:
1 Can of Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans
1 Can Garbanzo (Chick Peas) Beans
1 Russet Potato, pealed and diced
1 Large Carrot, pealed and diced
1/2 Bag frozen Green Beans
1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 32 oz. Container of Beef Broth
3 Cups water
1 Pound of Spicy Italian Sausage
1 Onion, sliced
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Box of Orecchiette Pasta (or any other shape)
Combine ALL of the ingredients except for the
SAUSAGE, ONION and PASTA
and place in to your slow cooker.
In a separate pan, saute your sausage and onion.
Drain any excess grease before you pour it into the slow cooker.
Cook on low for about 4 hours.
*SCOOP OUT 1/3 OF THE MIXTURE AND BLEND IT*
return the blended mixture to the pot, stir well to combine.
Continue to cook on low for another 2 hours.
About 30 minutes before you serve, add the pasta.
Don't overcook the pasta!
