Banana Pudding

NEEDED:
2 Boxes of Shortbread or Butter Cookies (around 30 cookies)
6-8 Large Bananas, coined
2 Cups Cold Milk
1 - 5 oz. Box of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 - 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese, softened
1 - 14 oz. Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 - 12 oz. Container of Cool-Whip, softened

These are the cookies I used, they were a bit too thick.

  1. Line bottom of 13x9x2 inch dish with cookies. 
  2. In a bowl, blend the cold milk with the pudding mix with an electric mixer until it starts to thicken. 
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.
  4. Add to pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended; then fold in the cool-whip. 
  1. Place banana slices on top of the cookies
  1. Pour mixture over cookies and bananas. 
  2. If you have enough to do another layer...



  1. Refrigerate!!
