NEEDED:
2 Boxes of Shortbread or Butter Cookies (around 30 cookies)
6-8 Large Bananas, coined
2 Cups Cold Milk
1 - 5 oz. Box of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 - 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese, softened
1 - 14 oz. Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 - 12 oz. Container of Cool-Whip, softened
These are the cookies I used, they were a bit too thick.
- Line bottom of 13x9x2 inch dish with cookies.
- In a bowl, blend the cold milk with the pudding mix with an electric mixer until it starts to thicken.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.
- Add to pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended; then fold in the cool-whip.
- Place banana slices on top of the cookies
- Pour mixture over cookies and bananas.
- If you have enough to do another layer...
- Refrigerate!!
