3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies



Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Combine:

1 Egg
1 Cup of Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy)
2/3 Cup Sugar (I used Splenda)

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Use a fork to criss cross the tops.

Sprinkle with Sea Salt (optional).

Bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes. These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottoms.
