8 Medium Red Skin Potatoes, washed and quartered
1 8 oz. Tub of Onion and Chive Cream Cheese
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
Fresh Black Pepper
In a large pot, place the potatoes and fill with COLD water, Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
Drain. Mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
