My FAVORITE way to eat brussels sprouts!
I prefer frozen.
Take 1 bag of thawed and drained sprouts and place them in a large gallon freezer bag.
Add:
1-2 TBS Olive Oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning (not salad dressing)
1/2 tsp Fresh Black Pepper
Mix together making sure all the sprouts are covered evenly with the seasoning.
Place on BBQ skewers.
Grill on all sides until warmed through and slightly crispy!
