1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 Cup butter, softened
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 (10.75 ounce) can Cream of Chicken soup
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well and pour into a prepared (greased) baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown!
