Banana Nut Bread for the Non-Baker (like me)



2 Large, very ripe bananas, mashed2/3 Cup sugar1/4 Cup milktablespoons vegetable oil1/2 teaspoon vanillaeggs2 2/3 cups Original Bisquick® mix1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350ºF. The original recipe said to "grease bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan", but because I RARELY bake, all I have is a bundt pan so I greased that (so that's what I used!).
  • Stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in Bisquick mix and nuts. Pour into pan.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
