Monkey Bread with Italian Herb Garlic butter, Bacon and Cheese




You will need:

1 Can of Biscuits (I used Buttermilk)
1/2 Package of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 Cup of Butter
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Fresh Garlic
6-8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Parmesan Cheese 


PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES


Lightly melt butter (I put it on top of the stove while the bacon was baking), add the garlic and Italian herbs and combine well






Add the cheese.. 




Add the bacon.. 

Combine everything really well and put in a Bundt pan


Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes

  1. At what point do you add the biscuits? Also, how many pieces do you make out of each biscuit....do you just quarter them? Can I use the small biscuits or do you prefer the larger ones like Pilsbury Grands?
