1 pound ground beef
1 Packet Taco seasoning mix
1-16 oz Sour Cream
1 16 oz. Can refried beans (with chorizo if you can find it)
1-8 oz. Bag of shredded Mexican cheese blend (or sharp cheddar)
2 Cups Salsa (Mild, Medium or Spicy depending on your taste)
1-8 oz. can of crescent roll dough
2 Cups crushed tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
Roll out crescent roll dough (or sheet) into an ungreased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes or until browned, set aside
Brown ground beef and add the taco seasoning
Spread refried beans evenly on the baked dough (this will act as a barrier so that your dough doesn’t get soggy)
Top the beans with the ground beef mixture
In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream and 2 cups of salsa, spread that over the ground beef mixture
Sprinkle the Mexican cheese over that layer and top with crushed tortilla chips
Cook, uncovered, in your 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until a bit bubbly and chips begin to brown.
