How to Make a "Bunny Cake"!

Start with two COOL 8" or 9" Rounds

Cut ONE of the rounds in HALF and Stand up

With the other round, cut two smaller crescents (those are the legs)

Place those on the OUTSIDE of the others

Cut your leftover cake into a this...

(I forgot the picture where you take that bottom piece, cut it in half, and those are the paws)

Cut two even triangles out of the large triangle.  We ate those little triangles.  We had to... Because I said so!

Place that weird shaped on in front, that's the head

Cut two ears out.. Perfectly symmetrical like mine..

When the time comes, pinch the 2 square corners together to make a "funnel" type shape.

Take a piece of Pasta and Color it black (for the whiskers)

Slather it in icing.. Any kind you'd like and then cover it with coconut! (Don't worry if the icing's all jacked up.. coconut is VERY forgiving!)

I used a sucker for the tail 

The eyes were :  Hershey Kisses

The Nose was: One of my son's yogurt melts
