Creamy Chicken Pasta with Roasted Red Bell Peppers











You will need:

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Roasted Pepper, diced
1 Medium Onion, sliced
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning (optional)
1 Bag of Noodles, your choice

In a large pan, season the chicken with the garlic, Cajun Seasoning, and salt/Pepper. Add the onion and red peppers in olive oil until cooked through.  


Add the creamed soup (and some water if it's too thick) and let simmer about 10-15 minutes.

While that's simmering, prepare your pasta as the directions suggest.  Drain and add to the chicken mixture.  Toss until well combined, SERVE!
