10 Minute Dark Chocolate Covered Cherry Cake (RICE COOKER)













 You will Need:
1 Box of Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
3 Eggs 
1 21 oz. Can of Cherry Pie Filling
Frosting (optional)
Mix all ingredients except frosting in 2 qt. bowl. 

Pour into Rice Cooker (I sprayed mine just in case). 

Drop frosting by spoonfuls on top of cake batter. 

Place in microwave on high and cook for 10 minutes. 

Use a butter knife to see if it is done, and cook additional 1-2 minutes each time until done (mine was perfect at 10). 

Let cake cool completely. Invert onto serving platter. 

Frosting will be on top of inverted cake.

I forgot to buy frosting..
