6 Bone in Pork Chops
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
Cajun Seasoning
Sea Salt
Season each chop with Cajun Seasoning and Salt on both sides
Sear chops in about a tablespoon of oil so that it's browned on both sides
Put Chops, Tomatoes (drained) and Soups into Slow Cooker.
I added about 2 more Tbs of Cajun Seasoning
Fill one of the cans with water and add it to the saute pan.
Bring it up to a boil and work the bits off of the bottom with a spatula.
Add this water to the crock pot.
Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes!
