Ingredients:
6 Bell Peppers
2 lbs Ground beef
6 Slices of Good Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
14.5 oz. Can of Diced tomatoes
1 Tbs Worcestershire
1 Tbs Ketchup
1 1/2 Cups of Cooked Rice
1 Tbs Oregano
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Cut and clean your peppers. Boil them in water for 1 1/2 minutes. Set aside.
Cook hamburger, drain and set aside.
In the same pan, saute your onion until translucent. Put the burger back into the pan with the remaining ingredients (except cheese) and combine well.
Stuff peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove peppers. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes!
