Steak & Chicken Fajitas

NEEDED:
2 skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 pound flank steak, sliced into strips
*I keep my proteins in separate bowls to be safe
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 olive oil, for sauteing
1 medium onion, peeled, halved and cut into thin half-moons
1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into strips

Combine all spices and separate into two even portions. Put one half of the spices in each protein bowl and coat the meat thoroughly.

Heat olive oil, but don't let it smoke.

In the same pan:
Saute chicken first (because it takes longer), once its cooked and no longer pink, remove and set aside.

Saute the steak, but don't overcook unless you like cardboard, remove and set aside.

Saute Onions and peppers until your desired texture is reached, add the steak and chicken to combine all flavors.  Saute together for 3-5 minutes.

Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, sour cream guacamole, pico de gallo, hot sauce (you get the idea).  EAT!!!
