SLOW COOKER SANTA FE CHICKEN





4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
1 Can Corn, drained
1 Can Black beans, washed and drained
12 oz. Medium Salsa
1 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese

Add everything except for the cream cheese.  Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for eight.  30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese.  Serve with Tortillas, sour cream, cheese, etc.  SO GOOD!!!
