"Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Red Wine Sauce"
2-3 lbs. Chuck Roast
2-8 oz. Packages of Slice Mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 Cups Red Wine
1 Packet Beefy Onion Soup
1 Jar Bistro Au Jus
1/2 Cup of Water
Add everything to your slow cooker (except the mushrooms) and cook on High for 5-6 hours.
Add mushrooms about 1/2 hour before serving.
