"Slow-Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken"





"Slow-Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken" (for a crowd/my husbands favorite)

6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Can of Soda (Usually Root beer, I used Diet Dr. Pepper because that's what I had)
2 19 oz. Bottles of BBQ Sauce (I used Jack Daniels Original)

*I always spray my crockpot with Pam before I use it

Place the chicken and soda in the crockpot
Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8 hours
Remove [cooked] Chicken and drain all liquid from crockpot
Place chicken back in crockpot, add BBQ sauce and shred

At this point, you should be able to just push on the chicken with your tongs and it will fall apart.

Mix thoroughly, eat immediately or keep on warm!
