Orzo, cooked and set aside
3 Slices of Bacon, diced
1 Bag Brussels Sprouts, halved (or whatever veg you'd like)
1 Package of Cremini Mushrooms
1 tsp Fresh Garlic
1/4 Cup White Wine
1/8 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Cook bacon and remove excess grease from pan. Add the mushrooms and saute until they are halfway done. Add the Brussels Sprouts, pepper, garlic and wine. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked and cooled Orzo, toss until warmed through and incorporated. Top with grated Parmesan.
