Honey, Garlic & Ginger Chicken




Ingredients:

6 Chicken Thighs (You can use any cut you'd like, this is what I had)
1 Cup of Ketchup
1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
3 Tbs Honey 
1 Tbs Fresh Garlic
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
1/8 tsp Sesame Oil (that stuff is POWERFUL)
1 Tbs Fresh Ginger Paste

Combine all ingredients and marinate the chicken in it for at least an hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place chicken in a baking dish and COVER tightly with foil.
Cook, covered for an hour (I know that sounds like a lot, trust me).  When the hour is up, remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes!

SO GOOD!  It fell apart!
