1-8.5 oz. Package of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Egg
1 Tbs Water
I used a bunt pan because that's what I grabbed. :)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add batter and bake for 25 minutes!
This is a bit more dense that regular flaky cornbread. I liked it MUCH better because it held up to bean soup without disintegrating!
