1 box of Vermicelli noodles, broken up
3 Large Pork Chops, cubed
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 Small Green Pepper, diced (optional)
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth or Water
1 Tbs Oil
2 tsp Cumin, divided
2 tsp Garlic Salt, divided
2 tsp Chili Powder, divided

Cube pork and saute with onion, green pepper and HALF of the spices until cooked just cooked through. Set aside to rest.

In the same pan, heat the oil and brown the noodles stirring constantly (the burn easily). Just before they are done browning, add the other half of the spices and the pork.

Add the tomato sauce and the broth. *My mom always told me to add the liquid until it JUST covers the food and add more if you need it, there's really no measuring*

After all combined, reduce the heat to simmer and cook for about 15 minutes until the noodles are done and the liquid is mostly absorbed.

The longer this cools, the thicker the consistency it will be.
